An argument has been disputing for a long time, that is, are people nowadays emphasized too much on appearance and fashion. To my way of thinking, far from it, people do not pay enough attention on their looking.
First and foremost, wonderful appearance gives others a good impression and win approve consistently. We can hardly imagine that one dressed normal or even impropriety when he/she is accepting the offer of employment. Several days ago, I graduated from National Science University and found a well-paid job. During many oral quizzes I dressed well all along, seasoned with current society. Many times the officers who charged for employment praised my appearance, thought I was a fashion and progressive boy, and therefore many companies provide me very good offers.  Though it is the comprehensive quality helps to obtain the excellent offers, I cannot deny that well dressed appearance leave a good impression to officers.   
Moreover, good appearance is the exhibition of confident. Though some people hold the opinion that confident is comprised in wide knowledge and abundant experience, I would argue that one who dresses properly shows he/she is well prepared and talent in many aspects. For example, in the electioneering of student union, one student dressed in formal suit, polished leather shoes, seemed to be confidential, on the contrary, another one just coming with uncared hair, even a litter dirty clothes, who would you like to choose?
In addition, caring about appearance and fashion is not only for entertain but also is necessary in many occasions. Many exclusive restaurants require consumers to wear leather shoes, otherwise consumers could not be permitted to enter. And also from one's clothing we can summarize his/her characters to some extent. Exempli gratia, a girl who has her ears pierced, wears mini-skirt and makes up herself carefully may send us the message that she is an extrovert person and in the wake of social current. In contrast, we may guess she is an introvert person from a girl's dignified coats, lightly make up and appealing necklace.
In summary, appearance and fashion is the product of social development, and we cannot ignore and avoid them, instead, we have to accept and experience them, which could provide us exciting and wonderful feelings, and our life would undoubtedly full with joy and pleasure.

2.老题目了. Is it advisable for a teenager student to have a part-time job?

While some people hold the opinion that as students, teenagers should only concentrate their attention to academics, I would argue that part-time job is essential to teenagers’ growth. It allows them a feeling of success and independence. Undoubtedly it is a perfect complement to their studies.
A part-time job related to students’ majors, on the one hand, provides students an exciting chance to practice the theories they have learned in classrooms, and on the other hand, students also could experience the competency, both would benefit to their futures. As a marketing student, and based on the premise that get B rank in every subject, I find a part-job related to my major, a sell delegate of one computer company and therefore I have experienced the difficulties and hardships myself. Sometimes I have to ride to the company to change the special model of computers for customs, and I also have to care about how to attract more consumers, how to service customers better and how to keep good balance between work and study. All methods cannot be found in books. I have learned a lot and I am sure that it would benefit to my future.
Furthermore, we could earn money through part-time job. I determined to be independent when I entered the college because my parents had already taken too much care to me and it is time for them to enjoy their lives. So I decided to work in part-time. Now three years have been past, though at the first year I was not familiar with my job and did not earn enough for myself, there was still the scholarship, and from the second year on, I could afford for all my regular expenditure without any other sources.
Last but not least, part-time job could help teenagers strengthen their resumes, build the connections between famous companies and get some crucial information. Many investigations show that once students have the opportunity to practice in famous companies like Micsoft or IBM, they have more chances to be employed by the companies they had worked in than other competitors. They may also find better jobs based on their experience and good references.
In summary, part-time job would obviously affect teenagers’ futures and lives, it can be very positive for personal development, teach them how to handle money and help teenagers to become more competitive after graduations.
