Should people use mobile phones in public transportations (say bus, train or airplane)?

There is much controversy over whether it is appropriate for the government to just concentrate on providing a cleaner environment to enhance our health care. Frm my own perspective, my preference would incline to the adverse side of the latter point after a deliberative calculation, especially as not only is environment a determinent to ensure our health, but also the equity of social welfare, emotional treatment and hospital conditions are playing a significant role in this issue.

I cannot negate that some prople think a better environment is adequate for health care. For one thing, people no longer have to breathe in exhaust to hamper their delicate respiratory system. For another, the citizens can relieve from drinking recycled products of sewage.

Although such opinion holds one or two minor advantages, yet, to my point of view, the merits of using diverse means to improve health care still far outweigh those of focusing on cleaning the environment. Three premier causes are presented below.
In the first place, the impoverished can hardly survive under unfair welfare conditions. My grandmother was a sufferer undergoing this torture in the past in China. As an old woman in poverty , she never obtains any previlage or even same treatment as the middle-class, like reducing surgery cost or waiving the fees of medicines. Without fair welfare, how can one be content with the health care?

Moreover, it is improper to ignore emotional treatment. In the eighteenth century, Freud improved the development of psychological studies, he recognized emotion as a essence of a healthy body, too. For instance, if a person work with a bad mood, he are likely to be inefficient. Usually, low efficiency comes with a poor performance in his job. Then according to the insatisfactory performance, his income would be low. When he lacks finance spending on healing his emotional problems, the situation would become worse, and the person could merely eacape from this detrimental cycle.

Last but not least, hospital conditions is of great significance. Let us assume, you just catch a cold during exercise, you need to hurry into a hospital to treat the disease since there are numbers of assignments you need to finish to cram for the exams. By the time you enter the hospital, you are surrounded by a bunch of mosquitoes and flies, dirty atmosphere wth dust and smelly odor, do you think you would be able to be gain content health care to cure your disease and succeed in the exams? The answer is almost NO.

To put all in a nutshell, these factors I reasoned above determine me to strongly commit to a notion that other than cleaning the environment, we need to do far more to improve ourhealth care as we could make this more comfortable by boosting the dispassion on welfare, emotional treatment and hostpital conditions.

In 21th century, mobile phones become such an indispensable personal telecommunication tool that almost each person has a mobile phone of his own. It is true that mobile phones bring to us great convenience and people can call anybody anywhere with the help of this fantastic tiny machine. However, people argue drastically whether the mobile phones should be used in public transportations. As far as I am concerned, I am totally against using cell phones in the public transportations, and my reasons are listed as follows.

First of all, the use of mobile phones disturbs the others in neighborhood. People often take train or airplane for long journeys which usually cost them quite a few hours. During the boring journey, a great many of passengers fall into sleep. At this time, mobile phone calls will probably wake up some of them and sometimes provoke conflicts between people. In addition, a loud phone call with private affairs is very likely to interrupt the thinking of people who are working on their business. In a sense, calling with moble phone in bus or train is rudeness and indignity to the other people.

Moreover, mobile phones are a terrible theat to the safty of journey. As we all know, the radio wave of mobile phones inside an aircraft can interfere internal signal transmission of the aircraft, which may interrupt or even destroy its navigation system. Many countries have put laws in place to forbid the use of mobile phone in airplanes to avoid the potential possiblity of air crash. Besides, if loud phone calls happen near a bus driver, hardly can the driver pay close attention to the traffic and a car accident will be possibly provoked. Nontheless, the formentioned hidden dangers can be eliminated by stopping the use of mobile phone in public tranportations.

Last but not least, mobile phones use in an moving space will cause health problems. Although there are strict criterias on the design and manufacture of mobile phone to minimize the negative effect caused by the electro-magnetic radiation. However, a recent reseach carried out by Japanese scientists shows that a moblie phone will emit more radiative wave when it is moving than when it is still. A further study says people who use mobile phone in trains or buses have a higher possibity to suffer brain illnesses. Obviously, mobile phone calls on bus or train are not wise actions for those who disire a healthy life.

Mobile phone has exerted a signifcant influence on our daily lives, however, the misuse of it can cause numerous problems and even disasters to us. As a conclusion, the use of mobile phone on public transportation is harmful and should not be encouraged.

我的作文：
What is mobile phone? Mobile phone is something to make people’s life much more conveniently. As it is a fact that more and more people have their own cell phones, many travelers complain that their privacy was violated by all the buzz that mobile users in public transportations can create. However, with every aspect taken into consideration, I believe that to use phones in public won't be a question to disturb people's life and shouldn't be forbidden. My reasons will be demonstrate in followings.

First of all, as I mentioned before, mobile phone is born to make life easier. Problems never tell you when they would come. No matter where you are at home, in the office, or on the bus or train. Something might happens, for instance, the teacher want to talk to you because your naughty 5-year old boy has broken the window and made himself bleeding; your boss need to find you immediately for some datum that only you know; and also, if you want to call your office that you would be late because of the block in rush hour, how would these problems be solved soon while you are taking a bus? Obviously, using a mobile phone is the best choice.

Secondly, consent of using mobile phone in public, will make time well spent. In China, there are not any private cars since an ordinary family can not afford it, many people choose to go for work with using public transportations as buses, subway and trains, and most of them need to spent at least 3 hours on the way to go to and back from the place where they work in some big cities like Beijing. If we couldn't use mobile phone on a public vehicle, how we can know what has happened during that 3 hours and even more? Then how can we decide what efficiently we can do next? And how we can imagine what result we will meet by a cause of late decision?

In conclusion, mobile phone is just an electric device which helps us to keep up with the increased pace of life with technological advance. With it, we can feel that life became more comfortable. Other than that, a great many cell phone holders decide to answer phones as quiet as possible, and they turn their phones to be mute, and this is a trend which is accepted by more people. So, all in all, it’s not necessary of banning a mobile phone use on public transit at all.

Bringing us more convenient to communicate with each other anywhere at anytime, and seeming to be a part of human’s body, mobile phone has made a great impact on our daily life. It is, however, that disadvantages are always companion with advantages. Mobile phones also bring some problem into our life. Currently, whether we can use mobile phones in public transportations has become to be a hot topic for debate.

I and most people think it should not use mobile phones in public transportations for three reasons. Firstly, some unsafe issues brought by mobile phones are more serious in public transportations. For an instance, on a airplane, any signal that mobile phones releases maybe can interfere the work of airplane and result in the air crash. Moreover, many young girls point that they are worried about being taken photos without permission. Camera, now, is a basic equipment within a mobile phone. And nearly sixty percent of young boys admit that they take some photos with beautiful girls without permission.

Secondly, we cannot tolerate the various noise brought by mobile phones. Some people talk loudly via mobile phones on bus and pretend to not see others sleeping or having a break. They just laugh and talk freely and loudly, and never consider for other persons. On the other hand, there is another source of noise. It is the music player by mobile phones. Mobile phones have a function to use music to be phone call ring. Once your phone has been called, the phone would sing without feeling tired. The song will be played again and again until you have been awaked but the owner has not yet taken the phone call.

Finally, I think mobile phone can cause health problems. Although they are designed and manufactured under a strict rules to make the radiation lower and lower, a mobile phone still can reveals many harmful radiation. Imaging that, on a bus, every person has a mobile phone then the whole bus can seem to be a very harmful source of radiation and even can move! It is so terrible that we always surface the radiation that may cause cancer.

In a word, you’d better not use mobile phones in public transportations. Leaving those cute device a while and enjoying a safe and quiet journey in public transportations, you will love life in this way.

7月12日就考了，这才是我写的第三篇作文，为了检验时间限制内的质量，花了半个小时写了这篇。想看看能是个什么样子。估计我的一战要因为我的作文变为二战了。
Mobile phone, as one of the advanced inventions in mordern world, is more and more popular among people ranging from officials, merchants to workers and farmers, even a little kid could own a mobile phone in order to keep touch with his or her parents in case of danger. And obviously people are more and more depending on it according to a recent investigation showing that a large number of people feel so uncomfotable when not taking a mobile phone with them. However, an increasing number of people are against the use of mobile phones in public transportation which I think, is definitely a good idea. The reasons come after.
First of all, let’s imagine a picture in a crowded bus: the passangers on the buses are always looking for a moment of silence because they are under big pressure of work and the noisy in the street almost drives them crazy, a dozing off would be the best choice for them. However, all their dream may be disrupted when a mobile phone rings in a sudden and their nightmare is just about to start: the owner of the phone may have a big quarrel with his or her friend; or talk something with his or her boss that nobody can figure out; the worst thing may happen when a good friend of him or her gives a call talking about all the things happened these years and maybe during their conversation, another mobile phone rings… People may lose their mind with all these things going on.
Moreover, using mobile phones in a transportation do harm to one’s health which is claimed by a group of scientists in China by doing experiments among people who usually use mobile phones in a transportation and people who don’t. It is more likely to feel headache after using mobile phones in a transportation which would probably lead to some sickness later.
In addition, using a mobile phone do have bad impact to the transportation where the mobile phone is used. There is no denying that mobile phones would affect the signal receiving of a plane which is the reason why they are forbidden on plane. But some new experiments announce that there are some unknown damages to the transportation like buses, trains and boats which now have the possibility to owe to mobile phones.

Judging from what has discussed above, we can draw a safely conclusion that mobile phones should be forbidden on transportations which is good for public, the owner of the phone, and the transportation.

这篇文章如果采取中立的说法可以么？比如：飞机不可以使用，公车最好不用，火车可以使用之类的。。。

这个感觉不太好。观点明确再自圆其说比较好吧。
