pattern book “样板书”，大概就是里面有各种设计图，你选好要装修的类型，然后照做就行了  j) \8 {6 D9 h, Y6 F: Z3 ~
it's fairo to say 就是：“这样说是很公平的”。指的是后面对pattern book 那么高的评价是很公平的，并不夸张' P2 ]# F1 @, N$ P/ n. U
substantial 在这是“实质的，根本的，非常重要的”的意思8 ~8 r& j6 K5 H8 o
