题目：Be independent form parents or live with their families for a longer time
Many students will come across a question in deciding whether live with families for a longer time or not when they become young adults. Those who are in favor of staying with families believe that young adults are still too young to deal with different kinds of problems in future life and it will be much more safer when families are with you, however, on the other hand, some other people will vote for the latter opinion . As far as I am concerned, i will choose to live by myself in the reason of practicing ability.
I am always holding the opinion that living on one’s own is an excellent way to practice one’s ability. For example, through cleaning up one’s own room can he learn the value of labor and then learn to be keep tidy. It may also cause a considerable change when one experience a period of tough and difficult life and become diligent , hardworking and also courageous. These characteristics are also the main factors that contribute to one’s success in the future life. History is full of such instances. Take Abraham Lincoln for example，he is one of the most renowned presidents of USA. As a matter of fact, his mother died when he was only ten. The independence in his early age played a significant part in his later success. In conclusion, being independent can lead to many valuable and gracious virtues in one’ life.
Besides, living alone will bring much convenience to young adults. Without the control of parents, young adults can do things to their own minds and are much freer than before. It provides a good instance that some people may like rock music, but parents hold the opinion that it is too noisy and prohibit their child listening to it. After the life of individual, they have the authority and time to do as they want to and then they can be intoxicated in the ocean of rock music and that bring quite a lot of convenience and comfortableness to the youngsters. Besides, a youngster can choose an apartment that he is satisfied with rather than his family is ,such as a room with a small botany decorated with varieties of plants, a room near the center of the city in consideration of the facility of shopping and so on. And all of these are able to make the youngster’s life easier and more comfortable.
On the other hand, safe is one of the most significant merit when youngsters live with family. Young adults are still not mature enough to deal with different sorts of problems that take place in daily life, therefore, that parents behind them is really vital. They can offer support and assistance to their children. What’s more, some people may claim that while so many robbery and theft occurs everyday, how can parents relive about their children on their own? In my opinion, it’s quite a wonderful chance for young adults to practice themselves in the society full of dog-eat-dog competition and disrupt. As the famous saying goes, man can only learn something after lose something. Children can not be shielded under parents’ wings for whole lifetime and it is the right time to go his own way.
Considerable though the advantages that living with families are, they can not compete with the benefits that living by oneself brings about, when the opportunity of independence is taken into consideration. But at the same time, young adults must put strong emphasis to their safety and protect themselves.
